There is no marking, just says Mastic window. They are broken off of 6 windows or a total of 12 parts. It is very difficult to open the windows with this broken park. Please help me find this part. Thank you, Barbara

Hi there!
Are you referring to your sash lock or sash release lever?
If you're referring to your sash lock, we will need to see a picture of it from a bird's eye view. We would also need to know the installation hole center spacing.
If it's a sash release lever you need, we'll need to see it removed from your window. We'll also need to know the spacing between the forks or "legs".

Thank you for responding. I do hope this helps. This is the latch that allows the window to open out for cleaning. Since there is two latches on each window I would need six. Thank you, Barbara
