The seal on the window is deteriorating and falling off. The windows were installed in 2001 and the seals need to be replaced.

I'm afraid there's no way to identify what you have from this photo. We'll need you to remove a sample and show us a clear view of the end profile.
I know yours are deteriorating so this will be hard, but please try your best. There is no other way to ID a match. The less damaged your sample is, the easier it will be to find a working replacement. If it's too deteriorated, it will be impossible.
