Hello there. It sure is. Is the thumb lever on the inside pull perfectly 'centered' between the mounting holes on the pull, rather than being positioned closer to one or the other? If so, see the 82-030A. This should work for you.

Thank you for clarifying. In that case, go with the 82-030B. This keyed handle set has the thumb lever and key lock offset towards the bottom, just like your old one.
