Replacement

Check out our 82-030. Look over the dimensions and see if you could use this as a replacement.

You definitely don't want the 82-080. You'll note that the hole spacing for this is 4-15/16", while yours is almost certainly 3-15/16". The 82-080 also interacts with a very, very different mortise than what your door uses. 

I agree with Bob; although the style of the 82-030 is a little different, it's your best bet. We do carry handles that are closer in style like the 82-089 but the problem with this is that the thumb lever is fixed in an offset position while yours is centered. Since it can't be adjusted, it won't work for you. That's not a concern with the 82-030 since the thumb lever can go in any position needed.
