Did you just need the handle, or the whole operator mechanism? If you just needed the handle then our 39-104 may be a viable option, though you would have to check to make sure that the hole diameter is the same at 3/8". It won't work otherwise.

If you needed the whole operator then I would require a photo of the entire mechanism out of the window in order to narrow down the list of possibilities. There are many at this stage. I specifically need a clear look at the design of the link arm, free of the window linkage and without any obstruction. Please let me know if that's possible.
