The latch is broken and I am unable to find one. This latch is on block windows in basement and is on under side

Hello,

It seems like you need the keeper that your window latch engages with. Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for your keeper. You could try going to a local hardware store but you may be able to purchase a piece of angles material from a local hardware store to attach to your window frame and serve the same function.
