Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 39-171 and 39-172 come to mind. These look like updated versions of yours but I recommend you look over the specifications to confirm they align with your old assembly. 

As for the hinge, see if the 36-048's specifications match up with what you need for your repair. We just recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
