It appears you have an older style Andersen lock. We carry the 38-056 and 38-057 which are a newer style, but we cannot guarantee they will be a direct fit. Take a look and compare the dimensions to see if you think these could be adapted to your window. You would also need the 38-135 compatible keeper. 

For the operator, please start by reviewing the 39-094 and 39-095 or the 39-150 and 39-151. The main difference between the two styles is the length of the arm. Compare dimensions and let us know what you think!
