I could not find any markings except a few patent #'s as shown. I have all dimensions

Thanks for reaching out to us! We cannot provide you with a direct replacement for your existing handle set but our 82-033 Patio Glass Door Handle Set should work as a suitable alternative. You will need to drill installation holes in the door to install it.

The lock, which is sold separately from the set, appears to be the 82-218 Mortise Lock. You'll need to look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the right replacement.
