Replacement

Thanks for reaching out. Your spiral balance can be replaced with the S400-21. You'll need to double check that your spiral has a 3/8" diameter. I believe you can use the red tip spiral but it would be a good idea to confirm that your sash weight falls between 8 to 21lbs.

To replace the bracket on the bottom of the balance, I suggest using the 17-012 Bracket, #32.
