I ordered a pair of your "81-046" rollers and they look like they may fit and work however, the 046 flanges, which are the little stubs that hold the roller in the frame, are lower than the original part. The picture shows you how they differ. Other than that, they look like they may work. The flange/stubs on the 046 is about 1/8" up from edge of roller and the original part's flange is 3/8" up from edge of the roller. Would like to get your opinion if the position of the stubs would affect fit...before I remove that heavy door by myself again

Take a look at the 81-032B stamped steel roller. It's dimensions are close to yours and even though it looks different, I think it's still something to consider. Also the ;ocking tab is 3/16" in height and the location is 1/2" from the top of the roller to the top of the tab and the bottom is 7/16" from the bottom of the roller to the bottom of the tab. Take a look and see what you think.

Hi Quick Learner, your old rollers look exactly like mine. Did you find that the 81-032B worked for you?
