Replacement 15 inch channel balance

LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT 15" CHANNEL BALANCE FOR VIKING WINDOWS. THE NUMBER "1440" IS STAMPED ON THEM. WINDOWS ARE STAMPED "VIKING A.L.1(OR I) V.1.-1 (OR I) CLASS A". WINDOWS GAS FILLED AUGUST 1992.

We'll need to get some photos of the channel balance removed from the window. Specifically, we'll need to see some clear shots of the end attachments on your balance. This will help us to determine the best replacement option for you.

I have taken pictures as requested but when I click
"Add Photos" nothing happens . . . ???

I'm not sure why that might be. I just tested it out and things seem to be working on our end. I can tell you that you probably have a 1/2" wide non tilt window channel balance. It will be one of these. You just need to match up the style of the nylon ends.
