Replacement 18" channel balance 17 9 0LBSI

Question

The length of the metal channel is 18 inches.

The stamp on the channel is
17 9 0LBSI (the 0L are tiny compared to other letters)

The windows weigh 22.6 to 23 lbs ( a few different windows that all measure within an inch of each other).

We were online last night, and the stamp on the balance is likely 17-9 BS1 (based on what we found in the charts).
