Replacement 2320 block and tackle balancer

Question

Greetings,I need to replace two window balancers for my single hung, no-tilt windows, circa 1990. They are marked 2320 and have the ends as shown in the attached photos. I need help selecting the correct replacement parts.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S395-24. Your balance appears to match this, but you'll want to make sure the bottom shoe depth matches ours. You can also select the 2320 stamp option for your replacements.
