Replacement 2850K Channel Balance Hardware

Question

Both channel balances have broken. They are stamped 2850K. They measure 29 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. The window weighs right at 35 pounds. I'm having trouble figuring out what balance shoe and balance top I have. I think I want a Series 380, but I'm not sure the shoe matches. The plastic pieces are broken up pretty bad. Could you please look at the attached photos and see if you can point me in the right direction. Thank you.

Thank you for submitting photos along with your description of your channel balance. You need our replacement balance S390-29 with the option of 2850. The S390 features the 19-002 top (similar to the 19-005 but without the wings). Let me know if you have any further questions.
