Replacement 33" Channel Balances

Question

I'm attaching four images of sash balances from one of my Radco Windows. I would like to order replacements for these. Could you please help in identifying what I need to order as replacements? As the fourth picture shows, this is a 6' x 3', non-tilt window, the sash is 3' x 3', the channel is 1/2 inch, and the sash balances are 33" long and stamped 32 4 DV CMC 2.

Thanks for posting. With a winged-top attachment (#19-005) and a non-winged bottom attachment (#15-001), you need the S395-33 with the 3240 option.
