Milgard window. Photo of stamp attached. Which stamp option should I pick?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but the stamp only tells us the spring strength your balance requires but not what replacement you need. If you could show us a photo of the attachment on the opposite end of your metal channel, we should be able to point you in the right direction. Thank you!

I think it's a 385. 33 inches.

I agree that this could be the S385-33 with a 3240 spring strength option. To confirm, make sure the depth of your bottom attachment measures 1-3/32" as shown below. If your attachment is on the smaller side, you may want to consider our S380-33.
