Replacement 4-15/16 in mortise handle for IWC sliding door

I am looking for a replacement handle for the mortise lock i have in my IWC glass sliding door. I have contacted the manufacturer and they cannot supply me with one. The serial number on the door is 170ct2001 10. I have pictures I can send too. The lock has 4-15/16 in hole spacing and the mortise lock mechanism is lever.

Thanks for posting! Can you confirm the hole spacing? Looking at your setup here, I think that maybe our 82-035 could work, but its hole spacing is 3-15/16". Please confirm and let me know!

Unfortunately it is 4-15/16 inches. It is this odd spacing that is making finding a replacement handle so difficult.

That is a strange hole spacing for this kind of door. I think you may have to go with a 3-15/16" handle and carefully drill new holes.
