This looks very similar to our 39-221 operator. The only difference is that ours doesn't have a nesting handle and cover. If you think the 39-221 is a match, see our 39-205 folding handle.

Unfortunately, you cannot. The 39-221 has a cover that's built into the operator itself and cannot be removed or replaced.
