Hi there!

Start by taking a look at our 39-348 awning operator, which uses the 36-078 shoe stud. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.

Looking to replace hardware for window crank. Handle is missing, need replacement handle also.

I think it might be 39-348 but not sure.

Window is caulked and sealed shut to keep weather and bugs out. Hoping you can determine which parts I need without having to unseal it.

Windows in my kitchen look very similar. These photos are from the kitchen windows.

The kitchen windows have the "Vetter" icon on them. Likely they are the same brand.

I'm afraid we won't be able to ID your hardware from these pictures. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see a photo of your operators with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Let me know if that's something you can get for us.
