Replacement

Hi,
I am looking for a replacement. The string on our sash support broke. I have attached pictures since I could not locate on your site based on the number on the support. It looks like it is 3340 BS1 B0. Let me know if you need anymore information from me.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. My recommendation is the S380-34 or S385-34 with the 3340 option, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The image below will show you what I mean. Take a look and see which Series matches up best.
