Replacement Exterior Door Handle

Question

I bought the 4-150 inside handle by mistake. Looking for exterior handle with dead bolt. 3 3/4" center handle to key hole.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. The bad news is that we don't sell an exterior handle that matches what you show here. I would say that our best option is going to be something like our 40-177 set. While the exterior portion differs from your original, it should still work in more or less the same way. Some alteration, like drilling new holes, may be required.
