Replacement

Hi, I need to replace that defected window part. The handle does not HOLD inside the mechanism hence cannot open the window.  Thanks

Thanks for posting! The worm gear from your casement operator has become completely stripped, so you will need to replace the entire operator. I'm happy to recommend a replacement, but I'll need to see a photo of its base as well as the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging sash.
