Replacement operator

Question

Hello I'm having an issue with closing my window. The crank still works but the top and bottom in the cornner where the window pulls in is broken. I was wondering if I can use the same window and just change the hardwear for the entire window, top and bottom.

Hello,

The dual-arm operator shown in your first photo resembles one of the Encore operator pairs shown in the video below. The determining factor would be the fitting used to attach the long arm to the sash track. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
