Replacement Alenco channel balances

Hi, I have Alenco aluminum windows with a sash with the labeling per the picture. It shows Series 3710/3710F DH-R25 MST:4080. I believe I am looking for the window channel balance replacement.

To better determine your replacement, send over the dimensions along with photos of the stamp, the top and bottom of the metal channel, and the clip at the bottom of the cord, if applicable.

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your reply. Please find side and straight on pictures of of the top and bottom of the metal channel balance. I am also including a picture of the stampings at the bottom of the channel. The overall length of the metal portion between the top and bottom is 28 or 28 1/16" long.

Thanks, Doug! Please see our S395-28 channel balance, I believe this would work for you as a good replacement.
