Replacement Andersen Sash Balancer - Small Window

Hello,
Can you tell me which replacment balancer works for the picutre I uploaded? There are multiple numbers on it and I don't know which one is the model number. The numbers I could find are listed below.
11600-17
J29 5/23 10-86

Thanks for posting. See the 24-531. This will replace old Andersen balances with the 5 23 stamp.
