Replacement Andersen sash balance

Question

I have these old andersen window balances that I need to replace and I can't seem to tie the numbers out to the balances available. Any help would be appreciated.

It kind of looks like EE 5 23 460 on the part. I need 2 of these

I also have a balance that has CC 4 31 67 on it. I need 4 of these.

I don't know if they are one in the same balance or not. Thank you for the help.

Our 24-431 and 24-531 Andersen sash balance will replace yours marked with "4 31" and "5 23". Have a look and see what you think.
