Replacement Andersen sash balance

I need help identifying an Andersen double hung window sash balance that needs to be replaced. I have attached 2 photos showing the sash balance in place and removed. In the removed photo, the number stamped in the bottom right corner is "S8 1027 1-88." The number stamped in the top right corner is "11600-17."
