Replacement Anderson Window Balance

I am attempting to purchase 2 replacement Anderson Window Balances. Photos of the balances are included and the dimensions are: 6 1/4"X 2 7/8"X 3/4". The Code is difficult to read but, looks like: B20 4 49 57

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the numbers stamped on your assembly do not correspond to any of our Andersen sash balances. If you could write out the exact height and width of the visible glass in your window sash, that would help us determine the replacement balances needed for your repair. Thank you.
