Replacement Arcadia Sliding Patio Door Latch Lever

I'm looking for the following replacement part for an old (1970's) Arcadia sliding glass patio door.

I found the item number online: E-2036 Latch Lever
Description: Diecast with steel pin; fits on Arcadia sliding glass door.

I've uploaded three separate images that include details of the the door handle (inside and outside views) as well as the latch lever itself.

There are two Patent numbers on the door latch: 2701156 & 2701157

I believe this door takes a mortise type internal latch. You did not show a photo of the latch, however, just the handle. That said, I don't think this handle is manufactured any longer. I did try several sources with no luck. You might want to take a look at our 82-033 to see if this could work on your door. You will likely have to re-drill your holes to retrofit it.
