Could you please tell me where I might find replacement hinges that look like this???

Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match. I cannot guarantee it will work, but the closest we carry is the 32-126 hinge. Please review the overall specifications to see if you think this style could be adapted to your cabinet. Let us know what you think!
