Looks like I have a Truth 30818. What parts do I need to replace it? What do you recommend?

I'm confident we can replace this operator, but I cannot tell what you have from this photo. I think it's either our 39-089 or 39-187, depending on the style of the gear arm. That's the only difference. If you cannot determine which of these you need, please show me a clearer picture of that gear arm and I can tell you which will work. Thank you!
