Replacement Awning Operator

A quick learner from New Jersey says:
My casement window no longer opens with the original handle. I bought a new generic handle, but it still did not work. I believe the handle section is stripped and I need a new operator piece , but I do not know what one to order. Please recommend my replacement part. Let me know if you need more pictures than the ones I attached. Thank you ! Denise

Thanks for writing in. We actually consider this an awning window; they open 'vertically' like a garage door, whereas casement windows open from the side like a door. See our 39-083 or 39-140 to start. See if one of these matches up with your old awning window operator.
