Replacement Awning crank arm

Our customer does not have a make of her awning window but has sent in this pictures. I have looked and found #39-393 roto operator but would like to make sure this will work for her. She says the arm is 15.5" fully extended.

I agree, the 39-393 is a great choice. I just took one out of stock and measured it with the arm extended and it does come close to 15.5".
