I have attached some images of the balances I have. The channel is 5/8" wide and 27" long. Do you have something like this or can make it? The stamp is 26 9 CX CMC 7

See our S385 series, 19-005 and 15-004 fittings attached to a 27" x 1/2" side-load channel balance.
We now need to determine the proper stamp option. The stamp refers to the strength of the balance. Please remove the window sash and place it on a scale.
We need the weight of the window sash in pounds.

The weight of the sash is 32 lbs.

Hi, Thanks for getting back to us with your sash weight.
You will need a S385-27 with a custom made strength to hold a 32 pound sash.
I will email you a custom balance ordering link for (2) 27" balances with a strength to hold a 32 pound sash and 19-005 and 15-004 attached.
