Replacement Balance

I have the attached pictures of my balance and it looks like a combination of 385 & 390. It also includes the marks "29 5" as well as "BSI" on the channel. Please let me know which one is the correct balance to order.

Can you please give us the height of the attachment shown on the right?

Picture showing how to measure height of attachment.

It seems like it could be the 15-002 Balance Shoe, but I would like to make sure.

It appears to be just slightly over 1 1/16 inches so was thinking Balance Shoe 15-001

The window balance you need is our S395-30 with the 2950 option.

Be sure to confirm the channel portion of your balance measures 30" in length.
