Replacement Balance

Hello,
Please help me find the proper replacement parts.
Markings: 26 5 EW CMC 10
Measures 28" overall, steel section is 27"
From single hung Milgard windows installed 2003

See either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2650.
