Hello,

I could use your expertise in ordering a replacement balance. The bar is marked 23 4 EU CMC 2. The windows are Milgard.

Would appreciate any guidance. Been trying to figure this out without much luck.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see detailed photos of the fittings attached to both ends of the metal channel, as well as the metal pulley clip, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. I can't quite make out if the bottom fitting shown in your last photo has wings like the top fitting. If so, you could have either the S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2340 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Turned out to be 1-3/32. Just ordered the S385-24.
