Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 20-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double check to be safe.
What I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

Thank you for your research. I definitely want to purchase these. I do wonder if there might be a standard size one that would do the job instead of having to order these custom made ones. The home and windows don't seem to warrant custom accessories, but if you think I should stick with these, I will.
Also, once I receive them, I'll see how the installation goes and get going on the other 2 or 3 windows for more balances. This one is a small window in the garage. The others are larger bedroom windows. 2 out of the 3 similar windows are in the same shape as this one. Once opened, the windows are really hard to close. I assume the balances are all deteriorating. But maybe those are standard, hopefully.Thanks for your help.

We always recommend sticking with the original hardware that the window was designed to use. In addition to this, a stock balance can't be used as a replacement. The issue when trying to use a stock balance to replace this is that if you were to use a 20" version, both the metal channel and cord would be too short and the sash wouldn't be able to close. Meanwhile, a 21" would be too long, and you'd run into the same issue. I hope this helps.

The stamp balance is 26-5

Certainly. I'll email you a purchase link for that right now. However, our metal channel measures 26-7/8" long, not 26-3/4". You can always double-check to be safe.
Please note that the 26-5 balances will have the same configuration as the balance shown in your original photos, other than length and stamp.
