Thanks for reaching out! Your balance appears to be the Series 765 Balance assembled with a balance screw clip on top and a pivot shoe hook on the bottom. Since your balance is stamped with a 20 9 stamp, I believe you'll need the S765-21 with a 20-9 stamp option.
