I am replaying 2 window balance's and I could not locate a model number similar to your items but following is what I can identify on the balance I removed.
Andersen Corp Bayport, Minn
Stamped at on one corner is 11600-17
Stamped at another corner is E20 9#27 4 85
On the back I can identify a number 11600-3

Good morning! I recommend our 24-939, which can replace Andersen balance boxes stamped with 9#27.
