My window would not stay up so I removed the two channel balances. They are marked with 23 9 BSI. The metal channel, not including the plastic parts, is 24 inches long. The width is 1/2inch on the front with the writing. The side width is 5/16inch on the side of the bar . I am looking to replace the entire assembly as shown in the pictures. I also included pictures of the window they were removed from. Please let me know what part or parts I need to order.

It looks like you have either our S351-24, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-24, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under our product description to choose the correct spring strength option. Your balance stamp is actually part of an outdated weight system, which is why we can't recommend a strength option based on that information alone. Thank you!
