Replacement Balance Parts & Tilt Latches

Home Owner from Brentwood, TN
I have attached the following photographs to get help in identifying the replacement balances (springs/shoes/plastic rod) and tilt-in latches. The single-hung vinyl windows I have were installed by Pulte in 2000 in the Townhomes of Fredericksburg at 601 Old Hickory Boulevard in Brentwood, TN. I have 8 single-hung windows in need of the above replacement parts. 6 of the 8 windows have 6 grids and measure 32" high, 35 1/2" wide, or diagonally at 46". 2 of the 8 windows have 12 grids and measure 35" high, 33" wide, or diagonally 48". The 6 grid windows have a 13 1/2" long spring (measured hook to hook), a 29 1/4" +/- long plastic rod, and just over an inch and a half long plastic connector part. The plastic tilt-in latches measure 3" long by just under 3/4" wide, with no screws on top (I do not know the thickness but can try to remove one if needed and have attached a photo with one in the window). There is no name on the window ends, within the window panes along the inside edges, or within the window framing. Also, do you have a recommendation for a parts installer in the Middle Tennessee area (Nashville/Brentwood/Franklin)? I can send additional photos if you need them for identification purposes.

Several of my neighbors have said they want to order parts from your company for their identical windows, if the right parts can be discovered to make the windows functional.

Thanks for posting! For the balance, it appears like you might have our Series 850 black and tackle balance. Take a look through the options and see if you can find something that would work for you.

As for the tilt latch, look at our 26-243 and compare it to your hardware.
