Replacement Balance Shoes

Question

I am looking for replacement shoes and balance springs for old Nuprime DH windows. The shoes pictured are about 1-9/16" wide x 2' high x 5/8" deep.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This pivot shoe has unfortunately been discontinued for many years now and is no longer made. That said, I've had customers in the past tell me that our more modern 15-047 works well as an alternative. Look it over and let me know what you think.

You also mentioned that you needed new balance springs, but I don't see any photos of those. I'd be happy to make a recommendation, but we will need to see them, to start. I specifically need a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, and any marking you might find. If this is a spiral balance, I will also need the exact diameter of the outer tube. Thanks!
