Replacement Balance bar

Window sash keeps falling. Balance bar followers that the window rides on are broke. Aluminum part is 25" long and 1/2" wide at its widest part.

Our S751-25 channel balance with a 24HD option should be the balance you need. Take a look and let us know what you think.

I need instructions on how to remove and adjust your 24HD window tension springs and I am having a helluva time finding any info on your site or online. I do not need to buy new springs, I just need to know how to safely remove and adjust. Please point me in the correct direction. Much obliged, Max
