Replacement Balance for Anderson Window

Question

I'm not sure which balance to order. I want to order before I take the window apart but can not read the etching on the glass.
The measurements of the window are 28H & 28 1/2W

Hello, Gary. With the dimensions you have provided, it sounds like you have an Andersen Narroline 2852 size window that can use the 24-1033 sash balance box.
