Can you please help me identify the correct replacement balance and hook for the attached pictures. The current balance is 29" long, 1/2" wide, and 5/8" deep. It is also stamped 2830.

Hello, Tony. It's tough to tell for sure but I think this balance has to be a custom order, since it's not a stock configuration. Before we go any further, I'd like a few more details from you.
To start, can you tell me the exact weight of the sash these balances support? Can you also tell me how it installs at the top of the window track; is it by hook or by screw? Also, how many balances did you need altogether? Finally please show me a photo of the pivot shoe your balance connects to.
