Looking for replacement balancer for the above. I have purchased other balancer in the past from you.

We should be able to help, but I need more information to recommend a match. I'll need a clear photo of the top nylon fitting. As for the bottom fitting, which you show in your second photo, can you tell me its depth? That's the "heel to toe" measurement assuming the balance is standing straight up like how it is when installed.

The top fitting is exactly what I needed to see, but I'm afraid neither measurement you gave for the shoe is the depth.

Now that I see the top fitting, I can make it a lot easier for you. You h ave either our S380-33 or S385-33. We have detailed dimensions for each product on their respective store pages that you can use as a reference while you measure. Visit each page and carefully review the dimensions we show, then compare them to your parts. That will tell you which one to go with.
