Replacement Balancer for Milgard Window

Question

Hi- I need to replace 2- 26 4 HR Caldwell balancers from a Milgard window. My current balancer is 1/2" wide. I used your site, but your parts are numbered differently (SXXX). This is a non-tilt window. I am attaching photos. Thanks for nay help you can provide. -Scott

Hi, Scott. Your balance looks very, very close to our S385-27. Look it over. Pay close attention to the bottom nylon fitting. You will need to measure the depth of your shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine if this is the correct balance you need. If so, then you can go with the 2640 option.
