Replacement Balances

Question

Hi,

My name is Steve and I am looking to identify the equivalent replacement balance for the one shown in the picture. The window that this came out of is a 16 year old PGT single hung non-tilting.

Thank you for sharing your photos with us. I believe our S395-27 balance could work in place of what you have. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Carefully compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm whether or not this will work. Since your stamping does not correspond to any of ours, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart listed on the store page
